Job Opportunity: Picker and Packer
Location: Snetterton

Rate: £12.25 + attendance bonus

Monday-Friday

Are you detail-oriented, efficient, and ready to be part of a dynamic team?

Our client is seeking reliable warehouse operatives to join their fast-paced warehouse team and help ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick orders according to packing lists
• Pack products securely and efficiently for dispatch
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Assist with stock replenishment and inventory checks
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily performance targets

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in a warehouse or picking/packing role is an advantage but not essential
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
• Ability to work efficiently and maintain accuracy under pressure
• Physically fit and comfortable with standing and moving for extended periods
• A positive team player with a can-do attitude
• Flexibility with working hours and willingness to adapt to operational needs
